Rubbed Sage

From Albania, also known as Kitchen Sage.  Has an intense, strong warm and slightly peppery aroma and taste.  Use in Thanksgiving turkey stuffing, pork, poultry, eggplant, bread and dumplings.  This is stronger than ground sage because its rubbed directly from the leaves while ground sage includes stems.
