This balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, is blended with real fruit juice. It is sweet and sour, and intensely fruity. We suggest serving it over fruit, mixed with yoghurt, as a glaze for grilled chicken or fish, or on a salad with your favorite extra virgin olive oil.
